Paying for Service

Payment is expected at the time of each session. If you choose to use insurance, co-pays and/or charges not covered are due at the time of service. For your convenience VISA, Mastercard and Discover are accepted.

We bill insurance the first week of each month. At that time, we will send you a statement indicating charges, payments you have made, charges to and from your insurance, and any balance due from the previous month. It is your responsibility to inform us of any changes in your coverage if using insurance. It is also your responsibility to be aware of the details of your insurance pertaining to mental health coverage. We would be pleased to assist in obtaining any information in this regard if you request.

We have contractual relationships with a wide variety of insurance providers, managed care entities and employee assistance programs, including the major health care companies that provide coverage in the Chicago area. These include, but may not be limited to:

We understand the various administrative and clinical management procedures required in today’s health care climate. We also respect a client’s choice to not use a health care plan if the client would prefer to pay for their services by using their own resources.
